This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, schedule may vary. Qualifications include: an Associates in Early Childhood Development/Education, a valid Infant/Toddler child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or previously earned 120 hour approval from the Michigan Department of Education. Previous childcare experience preferred. Candidates must have the ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages and lifestyles required; ability and desire to work with pre-school aged children; working knowledge of computers and experience with a variety of software applications. The Infant/Toddler Teacher will assist in the planning, developing and implementation of classroom activities, keep accurate records, attend mandatory trainings and meetings, maintain certifications (i.e., CPR/First Aid, etc.), assist in preparing for parent/teacher conferences and help maintain the cleanliness and order of the classroom environment. This position requires face-to-face leadership with students and parents.

Candidates must have the ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages and lifestyles required; ability and desire to work with pre-school aged children; working knowledge of computers and experience with a variety of software applications. The Assistant Teacher will assist the Lead Teacher in the planning, developing and implementation of classroom activities. This position requires face-to-face leadership with students and parents.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, schedule may vary. Qualifications include: a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Childhood education, specializing in preschool is required, a Master’s is preferred; and one to three year’s teaching experience is required. Pay will be commensurate to educational level. Candidates must have the ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages and lifestyles required; ability and desire to work with preschool aged children; and working knowledge of computers and experience with a variety of software applications. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for the planning, developing and implementation of classroom activities. This position requires face-to-face leadership with students and parents.

This position potentially works Monday-Thursday, before and/or after school hours, during the school year and 11:00 am – 3:00 pm in the summer. Qualifications include: one-year certificate from college; three to six months childcare or youth-related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Candidates must have the ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles; ability and desire to work with elementary and/or middle school children; working knowledge of computers and experience with a variety of software applications. The Activity Leader will assist the site coordinator in the planning, developing, and implementing of classroom activities for after school programs at local schools. This position requires face-to-face leadership in this program and may involve early morning or late afternoon responsibilities.
